Purchases and eligibility
Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout. Cloud licenses require vendor eligibility, domain or account verification and compliance with the applicable vendor terms. Shivcloud may request information needed for activation. Third-party services remain subject to their vendor’s policies.
Billing and renewals
Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Subscription periods and quantities appear in your order. Renewal requires a separate confirmed payment unless an explicit recurring-payment mandate has been agreed. Vendor price changes may apply at renewal.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate billing, domain and account details. Maintain your own administrative access and lawful use of the licensed product. Domain reputation, recipient filtering and external hosting conditions may affect service delivery.
Service scope
Support covers the purchased scope. Additional migration, configuration or consulting work requires a separate quote and approval.
