Secure online payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay using the available enabled methods. An on-screen success message alone does not activate your license. Shivcloud verifies payment on the server and reconciles gateway events before marking the order paid.

Pending or failed payments

Check your account before paying again. If funds were debited but confirmation is pending, contact support with the order reference. Never share payment PINs, passwords or one-time banking codes with Shivcloud.
